Our company's goal is to increase our sales by, developing new products, entering new markets, improving customer service, as well as growing our existing sales in a down market. So when I found out that Dale Carnegie was offering a Sales Advantage Two Day Seminar, I was enthusiastic to sign up along with a fellow sales associate.

Before the seminar it would have been normal to rely on my 30 years of technical experience and 12 years of sales and marketing experience to provide the capabilities to accomplish our company's sales goals for the up coming year.

This empowering two day Sales Advantage Seminar was exceptional in all aspects, including the course material, class instructor, and the comfortable class room setting. Some of the key elements of the course I felt were the importance of focused preparation to maximize results, a better understanding of the entire selling process, identifying common ground with your prospect, and understanding the main buying motive. The class also offers everyone time to participate by discussing important subjects.

I finished the dynamic Sales Advantage Seminar with a renewed sense of understanding of the complete selling process as well as confidence in myself and encouragement in my new found skills and abilities. The valuable insights provided by the seminar have helped me stay focused and increased my prospecting and sales success.
